IMPORTANT....Please Read These Details

• ALL PASSENGERS MUST  have a Passport to travel to the Dominican Republic. ALL PASSPORTS must be valid for 6 months beyond your travel dates. To avoid hassles and disappointment, DOUBLE CHECK and make sure your passport's expiration date until after March 2018.

• You can make your reservations prior to obtaining or renewing your passport. Just please be sure that the names used on your reservations will match your passport names EXACTLY to avoid change fees or penalties. For more information on passports click here.

• The balance of your room costs will be due on or before May 15, 2017 - payment plans available upon request​

• You are welcome to arrange your own flights  OR  We can gladly help with those arrangements. We do have access to flights not available online. Flight schedules and rates usually become available about 300 days prior to departure. We will notify all wedding guests when flights to Punta Cana become available. Please know most airlines require immediate payment in full to confirm your flights and most seats are non-refundable.

  • If you do make your own flight arrangements, please email a copy of your flight itinerary to events@vipgrouptravelevents.com so we can schedule your airport - hotel transportation to meet you at the proper times.

• To confirm your suite for the wedding a $100 per ADULT credit card deposit is required. Your final payment will be automatically charged on APRIL. 15, 2017 to the credit card on file unless otherwise notified in writing. Free monthly payment plans are available upon request.

• We will be holding a limited number of rooms at these special rates.  Please know if you choose to wait to make your deposit, rates can increase and you run the risk of no availability. Avoid disappointment and book early!

• Travel protection is HIGHLY recommended for Medical care, trip cancellation and trip interruption and usually costs about 8% of the total cost of your trip.
